Last week I spent a few days at my friend Emily's house and we decided to do some baking!
We made chocolate-Nutella cookies with marshmallows and they were delicious so I thought I'd share it with you lovely readers :-)
- Firstly, we of course washed our hands and popped on our aprons. We then got out all the ingredients needed.
We used 4 bars of dairy milk chocolate, plain flour, 2 eggs, marshmallows and Nutella |
- We melted the four bars of Dairy Milk and mixed it with the Nutella we had left. We used around 200g of Dairy Milk and 100g of Nutella and mixed the two together.
- We then sieved 1 Cup of Flour and added 2 eggs to the chocolate and whisked that in using a wooden spoon.
- We then put the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool so it wasn't so sticky and then began to make the cookies. We made the cookies by making one circle, then adding 2-3 marshmallows on top and then adding another circle on top and making it a cookie with a marshmallow inside. (Sorry, that is hard to explain!)
Our "blobs" AKA a work of art! |
- We then put the cookies in the oven for around 8-10 minutes until they were hard on the outside but still very soft as that's how we wanted them. You could leave yours in slightly longer if you want them harder, just be careful they don't burn!
- The finished cookies which - if I do say so myself - they were gorgeous! The marshmallow melted in the middle and the cookies were soft and sooooo yummy.
These cookies were so easy to make I really hope you give them a try yourself. If you do, please let me know how they turn out :-)
Are you a cookie or cake girl? What's your favourite?
